  3. shopping list. Once GMW is setup, enter how
  4. many days to plan meals for, what dishes to
  5. have on each day, and a shopping list & menu
  6. are made. The ingredients that each dish is
  7. made of are saved (part of the setup
  8. process), so when a meal is planned for a
  9. certain day, the ingredients for that meal
  10. will be automatically included in a shopping
  11. list that GMW makes.
